The Six. Italian Pilsner

In 1885, six Italians arrived in Dobbs Ferry, and by 1920, Italian immigrants and their families constituted about 60 percent of the village’s 4,400 residents. These immigrants from Avellino, Southern Italy, significantly influenced the county’s demographics. Despite facing discrimination, their labor helped shape Dobbs Ferry into a thriving riverside community. By the 1980s, at least 85 percent of the population had Italian heritage.

To honor the legacy of ‘The Six’ this Italian Pilsner was brewed with pristine New York water in the heart of Dobbs Ferry using an authentic Italian recipe.
